2023 WINTER Registration with Keiki Klub Sports

**FULL** WINTER 2023 Grades 6-8 Intermediate Level Scrimmage: (5 sessions)

Fridays from 5-6pm at Glen Mills School Rec Center

Dates: 1/6, 1/13, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24 - **Due to gym availability, we cannot hold scrimmages from 1/20-2/3)

 

To get on the waitlist, please continue to register. If a spot opens up, we will contact you ASAP. You will have 24 hours to secure your keiki's spot. 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

REQUIRED: Annual Membership Fee

REQUIRED - Annual Membership Dues: Effective September 2022 – August 2023.

Please submit your keiki's annual registration dues of $25 during the time of initial registration.

Registration fee includes a kK t-shirt and magnet.

*Membership covers each keiki from Sept. '22-Aug. '23
